Our story

Good food. A warm welcome.

A café bar at One Trinity Gardens on Newcastle’s Quayside. Fresh focaccia, proper coffee and a place to pause.

Why I started FORK

It starts with looking after people.

After years in hospitality, I wanted to create a place where how you’re looked after matters as much as what’s on your plate. FORK brings together my love of fresh food, great coffee and unreasonable hospitality. A proper lunch, a warm welcome and a reason to come back.

Made here, every day

Our daily bread.

We make and bake our focaccia here every day. Golden on the outside, soft and airy inside. It’s the starting point for the sandwiches we serve across the counter and the lunches we prepare for your team.

FORK, beyond the café

Bring a little FORK to the table.

Office lunches, breakfast meetings and team get-togethers. We bring the same fresh food and care to our catering, with focaccia sandwiches, pizza, salads and something sweet.
