How much does office catering cost?
Compare the per-person package prices above. Package prices exclude VAT, with the VAT-inclusive amount shown alongside. Café extras use their menu prices including VAT. Your selection tool shows the food total; any delivery charge is additional and needs approval.
Do you deliver catering in Newcastle?
We consider delivery requests for offices across Newcastle city centre and the Quayside. Include the address, date and time in your enquiry so the team can confirm the arrangements and any charge before payment.
Can I request vegetarian, vegan or allergy requirements?
Our package descriptions list the available options. Tell us about dietary requirements and allergies when you enquire so the team can review your selection. A package description does not confirm that it is suitable for a particular allergy.

How far ahead should I enquire?
Contact the team with your preferred date and guest numbers to check the notice needed, minimum order and availability. Please wait for confirmation from FORK before treating your catering as booked.
Can sandwiches come individually boxed?
Yes. The selection tool lets you choose individual boxes or buffet packaging for all sandwiches in the order. Individual boxes are the default, and neither choice adds a packaging surcharge.
Does sending an enquiry confirm my booking?
No. Building a selection or sending an enquiry does not reserve a date or capacity. The team needs to agree the details with you. See our booking and cancellation terms.
